The current banner shows Alnwick Castle, in Northumberland - a county in the far north east of England, bordering Scotland.  This region is home to a number of Appleby lines - and our DNA project has confirmed genetic connections between several of these, which also match lines in Canada, USA and Ireland.

Now we have a fair number of results, you may be interested to see where the clusters of results are located on a map.  If you click on the map below, you will be taken to a Google map where you can zoom in to see just where the Most Distant Known Ancester (MDKA) of each of the lines that have tested to date lived.  I'll update the map as new results arrive.
